Have the highest academic ability and motivation to complete the course
Be economically disadvantaged and are social commitment to the needs of their communities
Be willing to return to their home country of ordinary residence after benefiting from the scholarship

Students who have not previously attained an undergraduate degree will have a preference in the selection process
